The schedule of talks runs daily from 8:30-17:30, with the Poster Session (drinks and buffet included) on the first evening (Wednesday March 26) and the Conference Dinner on the final evening (Friday March 27). Information regarding the free conference shuttle traveling daily between Vienna/Klosterneuburg/ISTA, including departure times, can be found on the Venue and Transportation page.
Information on talk and poster formats
-Invited talks are 30 minutes + 5 minutes questions.
-Contribute talks are 12 minutes + 3 minutes questions
-Speakers should plan to present from their own laptop
-Posters WxH should be smaller than 115cm x 145 cm
